Camp - team building exercise
2008 Activ8 Camp
The Activ8 camp is a training camp for anyone interested in working in a cross-cultural ministry environment for 3 months or more. The aim is to help empower and equip you for the work of cross-cultural missions and international church planting. Come discover, identify and develop your gifts, character qualities and relationship skills you need to fulfil God’s call for missions.
The next camp will be held from Friday November 14th to Sunday November 16th 2008 at the Institute of Basic Life Principles, Lilydale.

Short Term Team Training
Short Term Teams are involved in a variety of ministry areas including Medical, Construction, Evangelism, Children’s Ministry and Training to name a few. The good news is that we all can be used on a team, whether you have the required skill or you are “just” a willing helper.
Short Term Team Training is essential before going on a team. Topics covered include
understanding God’s heart for missions, cross cultural ministry, personal preparation,
formulating personal expectations, faith, and hearing God’s voice.
Short Term Team training runs in conjunction with LifeTrax and runs 4.30 pm - 7.30pm.

Perspectives Study Programme
This two part course is a biblical journey that will integrate the global heart of Christ with your daily life. The course develops a clearer perspective of God's unchanging purpose for the world and seeks to enable you to make an informed decision about your own participation with Him in His plan.

Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages. For those who would like to

Transition Training
In recognising the essential need for adequate training to prepare people for
cross cultural ministry, Missions Interlink has developed Transition Training, a
pre-field orientation program. It is designed to enhance the participants’
knowledge in Biblical and missiological reflection by providing practical
competency development for making an effective transition to another cultural
