Financial Support

Through our missions endeavours, CityLife has made a deep and permanent impact in communities all over the world, helping to bring spiritual and social transformation to thousands of individuals and families over four decades of cross cultural missions. Without the support of our congregation, much of the great work that our missionaries do simply cannot happen.

Donations to World Impact are directed towards funding the living expenses of our missionaries, pastoral & strategic visitation of missionaries, training of local leaders, community development projects (healthcare, clean water, microenterprise, education) and strategic building projects.

There are four types of financial support...
  • Partnership in Missions (PIM) is the most effective way to support missions at CityLife. It entails making a decision to regularly give a fixed amount to missions, then letting World Impact know by filling in a PIM card and dropping it into the offering bucket. This helps World Impact make informed decisions about missions activities for the next 12 months.
  • Once-off gifts and PIM donations form the foundational fund for all the missions activities mentioned earlier.
  • Designated gifts allow donors to specify exactly where their donation should go to and can be directed to a missionary, region or project.

    * These first three types of support can be given using the World Impact Giving Envelopes or online.

  • Tax deductible gifts can be made to the Kingdom Investment Fund (KIF), and a portion of this will go towards supporting a number of missions projects and missionaries that qualify for tax deductibility like the Adult Literacy Program (India) and Mark & Ruth.
    * This fourth type of support can be given using the Kingdom Investment Fund Envelopes or online.
Twenty-seven amazing people have gone to ten regions of the world as missionaries, carrying the Good News of Jesus Christ to the unreached, impoverished and marginalised. Let's continue to help them carry out the Great Commission cross-culturally.
