Self-Esteem Seminar
The “Who Do You Think You Are?” Seminar is designed to build a positive self-esteem, helping you experience freedom from the past, grow in confidence, enrich relationships and positively impact your world.

Boundaries
This nine week program presents a biblical view of boundaries. Boundaries define who we are and who we are not. They help us to see clearly those things for which we are responsible. This program includes a DVD series presented by Dr Henry Cloud and Dr John Townsend, well-known authors of a series of books covering boundary related issues.

Hot Tips for Parents
Hot Tips for Parents is a program designed for parents of pre-school children
through to teenagers. Hot Tips combines informative and entertaining video
teaching followed by small group discussion. It is positive, practical, fun and
suitable for all types of families. Four sessions cover topics such as listening
and communication, building self-esteem, getting your kids to help at home,
managing angry children, single parenting, blended families, parenting styles,
discipline and peer pressure.

Kids with Courage
Kids with Courage is a seven week program that aims to strengthen primary aged
children, together with their family, who are struggling at school, home or with
peer relationships.

MoneyMinded
This is a six week financial educational program where various issues will be looked at, such as:
- Planning & Saving;
- Easy Payments;
- Understanding Paperwork;
- Living with Debt;
- Everyday Banking & Financial Products; and
- Rights and Responsibilities.

Seasons for Growth
This program is a grief and loss “recovery” program based on the belief that change, loss and grief are a normal and valuable part of life. Children need the opportunity to examine how issues such as death, separation and divorce have impacted their lives.
Seasons for Growth provides the opportunity for each participant to integrate at his/her developmental level, the appropriate knowledge, skills and attitudes to understand and cope with change, loss and grief. This takes place in an attitude of like-to-like peer support.

Woman to Woman
This Careforce Recovery Ministries program encourages women to take a close look at their relationships and their world. Every woman carries the strengths and weaknesses of her background into family, work and friendships. Through a combination of teaching and group participation she will be empowered, encouraged and challenged to become all she was created to be. This ten week program is designed to give insight into family dynamics, personal attributes, beliefs and values and provides strategies for change. It encourages the Woman to embrace life and invest in a better future.
