Personal Counselling
Personal counselling covers a wide range of issues. These include:
grief/loss, abuse, depression, addictions, self esteem, anger, anxiety, abuse
and financial.
Relationship Counselling
Relationship counselling deals with issues that come out of relationships
with those who are closest to you. Areas covered include: pre-marital; marriage;
family and mediation.
Family Counselling
Family counselling helps with issues arising within families. These include:
conflict resolution; parent/child relationships; parent/adolescent
relationships; sibling relationships.
Counselling for Children
Children have special needs when it comes to counselling. They do not express
themselves as adults do, and therefore different techniques, such as play therapy,
are used.
We have specialist counsellors who work only with children up to the age of
12 years.
Counselling for Adolescents
Adolescents also have special needs and challenges when it comes to
counselling. We have counsellors who are skilled in working with young people.
