Senior Leadership Team

Mark Conner	Mark Conner - Senior Minister Mark has been the Senior Minister of CityLife Church since 1995, and part of the Eldership Team since 1987. As the Senior Minister he is responsible for all aspects of the church vision, including leadership, preaching and teaching, and external relationships. He has a Masters Degree in Theology from Ridley College and a Doctor of Ministry degree through Fuller Theological Seminary. Mark is a regular speaker at national and international conferences and is passionate about leadership, personal motivation and church growth. Mark is married to Nicole, and they have three children. Peter Leigh	Peter Leigh Peter has been the Executive minister of CityLife Church since 2002, and part of the church Eldership team since 1995. As Executive Minister, Peter is responsible for the overall day-to-day operations of the church, managing the Senior Leadership Team and aligning the activities of our ministries around our Vision.
Paul Molyneux	Paul Molyneux Paul and his wife Helen and their three children joined CityLife Church in 2004. Paul is currently an Associate Minister, responsible for Celebration and Generational ministries such as Children, Youth, and Young Adults. Paul studied at Harvest Bible College and spent 12 years on the Ministry team at Richmond Assembly of God where he was the Associate Pastor. During this time he also led Youth Alive Victoria, an evangelistic youth ministry that saw over 12,000 young people join together for evangelistic outreach events.
Mark Eddison	Mark Eddison Mark became the Business Manager of CityLife Church in 2007 and is responsible for the finance, administration and commercial operations of CityLife Church and its ministries. With 25 years of previous experience in the mining, transport and agricultural machinery industries, Mark has performed a variety of roles in the areas of mechanical engineering, sales & marketing, business management, and consulting. He has an ADEng(Mech) and a MBA, both from USQ. Mark and his wife Tina first joined CityLife Church in 1989 and have three children. Mark enjoys family activities including surfing, fishing, motorcycle riding and music, and volunteers in the creative arts ministry.
Daljit Gill	Daljit Gill Daljit and Gurmit Gill have been part of CityLife Church since 1988. He has been part of the church Eldership team since 1993. Daljit is an Associate Minister with responsibility over Pastoral Ministries and LifeGroups (including pastoral oversight of our language based congregations i.e. Oromo, Chinese and Spanish), Venue Management Team, Men’s Ministry, and the LIFETRAX training programs. Daljit is well known for his passionate communication style and motivational energy which inspires many towards their full potential. Daljit and Gurmit have two children.
Karen Naylor	Karen Naylor Karen, her husband Andrew (who is our CityLife ArtwoRx Director) and their two children joined CityLife Church in 2005, having spent nearly 20 years in church ministry in volunteer leadership and staff roles. Karen spent several years in corporate accounting and business roles and has over 15 years in business administration, ministry and training roles in church organisations. Since joining the staff in 2005 Karen has performed several roles such as Operations Manager for World Impact, Ministry Projects and as Human Resources Manager where she currently has responsibility for all aspects of staff management. She has a Bachelor of Commerce, Diplomas in Christian Ministry, Workplace Training, Human Resource Management and is currently completing a Masters in Human Resource Management through CSU. She loves exercise (not!), movies, music and ice cream.
