The CityLife Church Partners Agreement

Having received Jesus Christ as my Lord and Saviour and being in agreement with CityLife Church’s vision, values and strategy, I now commit myself to unite with this local church family. I will keep the following commitment by God’s grace.

1. I Will Promote the Testimony of My Church (Discipleship)
   • By being a fervent follower of Jesus Christ
   • By developing my God-given potential
   • By living a life that sets an example for others
2. I Will Build the Unity of My Church (Relationships)
   • By my active involvement in a Life Group
   • By loving others
   • By protecting the unity
   • By co-operating with and supporting the church leadership as they follow Christ
3. I Will Serve the Ministry of My Church (Ministry)
   • By discovering my gifts
   • By using my gifts and abilities to serve others
   • By serving in a ministry of the church
4. I Will Contribute to the Resources of My Church (Stewardship)
   • By regularly giving my tithes and offerings to support God’s work in this local church
   • By actively participating in Celebration gatherings
5. I Will Participate in the Mission of My Church (Evangelism)
   • By being warm and friendly to those who visit
   • By inviting the unchurched to attend
   • By supporting community outreach, church planting and missions
