MinistryTrax provides advanced ministry training and development programs that are designed to raise up the next generation of CityLife leaders. Our hope is that MinistryTrax graduates will become future key leaders both here, overseas and in the workplace. Our dream is that they will reach out and impact communities, cities and nations for the kingdom of God.

It is our aim to provide a structured pathway for people wanting to explore a greater contribution to ministry; some of those people being those who feel a call to the ministry as a vocation.

MinistryTrax >> Internship

The MinistryTrax Internship is designed so that the intern receives accredited training, structured supervision and focused ministry participation with development opportunities.

The program is delivered in a choice of 1-3 year commitment levels depending on the student’s choice of study level (ie certificate through to degree levels). The student chooses a course of study from one of five local Bible Colleges: Tabor, Harvest, Stirling (formerly Churches of Christ), Melbourne School of Theology (formerly BCV) or Ridley College.

MinistryTrax Interns will receive broad-based experience as well as the opportunity to major in one specific area of ministry: Children, Youth, Young Adults, Creative Arts, Pastoral Care, Evangelism, Missions, Women’s, Media, or Community Care.

Interns also come behind the scenes at CityLife staff events and participate in an annual retreat where all students can connect, reflect and be pampered at an amazing retreat centre.

MinistryTrax > > > 365

365 is for people wanting to give just one year to come behind the scenes at CityLife Church. Practical ministry with some effective training by the CityLife pastors and leaders makes this program attractive for those with one year to give. There is no requirement to attend Bible College classes like the Internship Program – this is a great option for many.

SERVING:
1.5 days a week for two semesters, you’ll join the amazing CityLife team to add your time and talent in the area of Creative Arts, Youth, Young Adults, Community Care, Children, Worship, Evangelism, Media, Pastoral Care, Women or Missions.
TRAINING:
While you’re helping us, we’d like to share some of our best-kept-ministry-secrets with you! You’ll be given opportunity to join-in on some of the Internship training and hear from experienced CityLife pastors and leaders on topics such as: leadership, prayer, time management, creativity & worship, effective ministry practice, pastoral care, evangelism, reflection, and more.
OVERNIGHT RETREAT:
365-ers also participate in an annual retreat where all students can connect, reflect and be pampered at an amazing retreat centre.
